it feels so good to keep your body moving!! so thats 35 minutes of strength, and 40 mins of scrubbing carpets, and i still have to cycle to work and back and run and walk about while im there! im doing good today, and i feel so much better when im active like that.
plus it keeps my messed up head occupied so i have less time to think about all the other crap thats going on in my life!

just spent about twenty minutes vigorously scrubbing my living room carpet (i have three boys and a cream carpet….go figure!!), and moving furniture around, so thats a good mini workout already down today!
time to go find some strength workouts to follow now.
starting work at four today (its ten thirty in the morning at the moment) so i have plenty of time to get some done. i really miss...
