Answer:
there are plenty of bodyweight exercises that require no equipment at all.
some great ones are press-ups, squats, lunges (with plenty of variations on each of them, just search online for ideas), sit-ups, crunches etc. or go onto youtube and search for something like ”bodyweight routine” or something like that. thats on the strength training side, for cardio you can walk, run, dance, run up and down stairs etc. just fit in what you can, whenever you can xx sue xx

so i was talking to my boyfriend (its weird being in my forties and having a boyfriend haha) about paleo. he also wants to lose a few pounds (god knows why, he is gorrrrrgeous haha) and said he would follow it with me.
he was telling me what he’d had to eat today, and he has literally just started introducing paleo like YESTERDAY. he said ”well i kind of slipped up and cooked some porridge (oats) for breakfast, but i overcooked it in the microwave, and it all bubbled over and went everywhere, so i only had a tiny bit left, so i ate that, then just had some eggs on toast…”
i was like ”erm…………apart from the eggs, you have totally done everything wrong!!”

but he had an onion and mushroom for lunch (”i didnt have any bread!!” haha) so i suppose it might be starting to sink in.
