really need your support and help guys.
i have totally gone backwards with my weight regain, and the fact that i havent been exercising.
i wont leave again, because i need the focus and the inspiration that i get here, but yeah, i will need lots of help to get my arse back into gear!!!
and like i said, my diet is back on track, its just the exercise side of it. why have i not done any in such a long time? i LOVED my fitness. i couldnt go more than a couple of days without it. what the hell happened???

so ive been gradually working paleo back into my life, and the last couple of days ive been doing it pretty much full on.
todays breakfast was scrambled egg, plus some fruit here and there.
lunch was lamb chops with minty bean salad
my dinner will be prawn salad with a baked sweet potato (prawns are pretty much shrimps)
ive also snacked on a few walnuts and some extra large sultanas and raisins.
ive also had some coke (my nemesis lol)
plus i will no doubt have something else too. i do like to eat lol!
