just spent about twenty minutes vigorously scrubbing my living room carpet (i have three boys and a cream carpet….go figure!!), and moving furniture around, so thats a good mini workout already down today!
time to go find some strength workouts to follow now.
starting work at four today (its ten thirty in the morning at the moment) so i have plenty of time to get some done. i really miss my strength when i dont do it for a day or two!!
