it feels so good to keep your body moving!! so thats 35 minutes of strength, and 40 mins of scrubbing carpets, and i still have to cycle to work and back and run and walk about while im there! im doing good today, and i feel so much better when im active like that.
plus it keeps my messed up head occupied so i have less time to think about all the other crap thats going on in my life!
one thing i have noticed, most other distraction techniques are good to an extent, your problems still manage to break through here and there, but while i am working out (apart from on the bike…my mind still wanders then), i think of nothing else. and hey, thats got to be good right?
