breakfast:
small banana
raisin and oat cookie
lunch:
poached salmon
mixed leaf salad
boiled egg
dinner:
wholewheat pasta
three small beef meatballs
snacks:
one scoop of vanilla protein powder in semi skimmed milk
apple
two slices wholemeal toast with low fat spread
instant porridge (i know thats crap, i need to get some proper stuff, but i have to settle for this for now)
1 can of dr pepper
2 mini mars
honey and granola yoghurt
2 litres of water
still need to cut down on some sugar, but ive done pretty well today seeing as ive been sitting at home all day long!!
