age: 40 (waiting for life to begin like ive been promised!!)
bio: separated, with three kids, lost around forty pounds and gone down almost 4 dress sizes in the past year, still wanting to get fitter and look even more awesome!!
only did this ab workout once, but i just had my protein shake with milk, and i was feeling a bit sloshy haha. didnt want to throw up lol. i should have waited a bit longer before i started! each set is only four minutes, so yes, i am going to do it another two times.
it was fun though, and i will be doing it again :)
