so ive just done my biceps strength workout and im just waiting for some spare time to fit in my ‘ripped’ workout.

not really possible at the moment, as two of my boys are on the wii on the living room tv, and i suppose i could do it on my lap top, but i need more space. i dont want to be banging into the furniture, trying to stay away from the kids lol.

just cooking my pork shoulder joint. yum! love pork. im having it with mixed spring lettuce and a sweet potato.

wednesdays workout and food intake

STRENGTH/CARDIO:

jillian micheals ‘ripped in 30’ workout (approx 25 mins) level 1

CARDIO:

45 mins cycling

STRENGTH:

40 bent over bicep rows (2 x 5kg)

30 (each side) alternating dumbbell curl (2 x 5kg)

30 preacher curls

30 side bends (2 x 5kg)

…………………………

BREAKFAST:

banana

orange

LUNCH:

chicken breast

masses of mixed spring lettuce

DINNER:

2 eggs

2 slices wholemeal bread

SNACKS:

apple

coke

protein shake

mini snickers bar

yoghurt with mixed seeds

oatibix cereal

now im not sure if i can actually see any difference, but i sure as hell can feel it. i think i just wasnt flexing as well as with my last pic (lets face it, lol, i took this one at six thirty on a sunday morning haha)
