so ive just done my biceps strength workout and im just waiting for some spare time to fit in my ‘ripped’ workout.
not really possible at the moment, as two of my boys are on the wii on the living room tv, and i suppose i could do it on my lap top, but i need more space. i dont want to be banging into the furniture, trying to stay away from the kids lol.
