hi guys :)
so how is everyones day working out?
and lol, no pun intended with ”working out”, but if you ARE working out today, then good for you!
as ive mentioned before, i am spending four days this week sitting on my backside in a conference room doing training for my upcoming new job, and oh GAWD….i am being driven insane by all that sitting!!
but theres nothing i can do about that. i just have to deal with it. its only one week out of my life.
my past job was so active, and oh, thats one reason i loved it so much. i was getting exercise without even thinking about it!
but i finished a little early today, at four pm, and i walked part way home (half an hour), and ive just done my shred workout, and im also going to do the zuzana stretching routine a little later.
you have to make time for fitness. we are all busy, most of us have school, or jobs, or other things to keep us busy, and its SO easy to say ”i dont have the time”, ”i just cant motivate myself today”, or ”but i only just got HOME!!!” or whatever, but who exactly is suffering? YOU are.
ok, so today i havent exactly run a marathon or climbed mount everest, but i dont want to do that anyway. altogether i will have done 70 minutes of fitness, and that is just fine and dandy thank you.
take care you guys, and look after yourself today, because no one is going to do it for you!
