so i worked my upper and lower body yesterday, and im still nervous at working my abs, because im STILL not completely 100%, so instead i will do a ”ripped in 30” level 2 workout. ok, so that does work my abs, but only like a few minutes of it, rather than just concentrating fully on them.

i really want to start running again you know. really really really.
you know what, im going to do ripped, then im going to go for a short walk/jog, start from the beginning. if i cant keep up to it like last time, then its not the end of the world, but i really have to keep giving it a go. i was really making progress last time, and i was so disappointed that i just quit like that.
i have someone coming to see me at ten (ten minutes from now), then i will get started.
you see, now ive said it here, i HAVE to do it. and im going to quickly post it, so i dont have chance to go delete anything before i say it to you lovely people :p
