ive been working out, but more cardio. ok, some strength thrown in, but i need to do something with my dumbbells so i really feel those muscles working! i think im going to have my bath now, as i need to dye my hair, and its a job i dont enjoy, so i want it out of the way!!
but ive done a good 600 cals worth of cardio so far today, which im happy with :)
